利用規約

1. サービスの性質

Japan Treasureは、日本国内の販売店、事業者または個人出品者から、お客様の依頼に基づき商品を購入し、海外発送を手配する購入代行サービスです。当方は、購入対象商品の製造者または原販売者ではありません。

2. 商品情報とお客様の確認

商品名、型番、数量、色、サイズ、状態、付属品、適合性その他の商品情報は、原則として販売元または出品者の表示に基づきます。お客様は、正式依頼および支払いの前に、商品URL、商品説明、画像、サイズ表、対応機種等を十分に確認するものとします。

3. 購入可否

在庫切れ、価格変更、購入制限、輸出入規制、危険物、知的財産権上の問題、不正利用のおそれその他の合理的な理由がある場合、購入または発送をお断りすることがあります。

4. 支払い

支払いはPayPalを利用します。PayPalの利用にはPayPalの規約も適用されます。決済完了が確認できない場合、購入または発送の手配は開始しません。

5. 関税等

配送先国で発生する関税、輸入税、付加価値税、通関手数料、保管料その他の費用は、法令または配送条件により別途定められる場合を除き、お客様の負担です。

6. 禁止事項

法令に違反する依頼、虚偽情報による申込み、第三者の決済手段の無断利用、転売規制や輸出入規制を回避する目的の利用、サービス運営を妨害する行為は禁止します。

7. 規約の適用

本規約と個別の見積・決済画面の表示が異なる場合は、法令に反しない範囲で個別表示が優先します。お客様に不利益となる重要な変更は、適切な方法で事前にお知らせします。

プライバシーポリシー

当方は、氏名、メールアドレス、配送先、注文・決済・問い合わせに関する情報を、次の目的に必要な範囲で取り扱います。

• 見積、商品購入、決済確認、梱包、発送および注文管理
• お問い合わせ対応、本人確認、不正利用防止および安全管理
• 法令上必要な記録の作成・保存および紛争対応
• サービス品質、表示およびシステムの改善

購入、決済、配送、メール送信、システム運用等に必要な範囲で、PayPal、販売元、配送会社、クラウド・データベース・メール提供事業者等へ情報を提供する場合があります。法令に基づく場合を除き、目的外で第三者へ販売または提供しません。

返品・キャンセル・責任範囲

当方が確認・対応する場合

• 当方が、お客様の確定した依頼内容と異なる商品・数量・仕様を誤って手配した場合
• 当方の梱包または発送手配に明らかな誤りがあった場合
• その他、当方の責めに帰すべき事由が確認された場合

原則として返品・返金・交換の対象とならない事項

• サイズ感、色味、素材感、使用感、におい、重量、イメージまたは期待との相違
• 販売元の説明・画像に記載された仕様、個体差、初期傷、外箱・パッケージの傷みまたは仕様変更
• 中古品、オークション商品、フリマ商品における傷、汚れ、経年劣化、欠品その他の状態
• お客様による商品・URL・数量・色・サイズ・型番・配送先等の指定誤り
• 購入後の価格下落、為替変動または他店での安価な販売

配送・通関に関する事項

配送会社、税関、販売元その他の第三者に起因する遅延、通関保留、誤配、紛失または破損について、当方は当方の故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、直接の責任を負いません。ただし、利用可能な追跡、調査請求または配送補償の申請に必要な協力を合理的な範囲で行います。補償の有無および上限は、選択された配送方法・保険および配送会社の条件によります。

法令上の権利

本規約は、適用される法令によりお客様へ認められる権利を排除または不当に制限するものではありません。当方の故意または重大な過失による責任を免除するものでもありません。

準拠法

本利用規約は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。

利用規約の改定

Japan Treasureは、法令の改正、サービス内容の変更、その他運営上必要と判断した場合、本利用規約を改定することがあります。改定後の利用規約は、本サイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Terms of Use

1. Nature of the Service

Japan Treasure is a proxy service that purchases products from Japanese retailers, businesses, or individual sellers on a customer’s instructions and arranges international shipment. We are not the manufacturer or original seller of the purchased product.

2. Product Information and Customer Review

Product names, models, quantities, colors, sizes, condition, accessories, compatibility, and other details are generally based on information supplied by the original seller. Customers must carefully review the product URL, description, images, size charts, and compatibility before submitting a formal request and payment.

3. Purchase Availability

We may decline a purchase or shipment for reasonable reasons including lack of stock, price changes, purchase restrictions, import/export controls, dangerous goods, intellectual-property concerns, suspected fraud, or other legal or operational risks.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal and are also subject to PayPal’s terms. We do not begin purchasing or shipping where payment completion cannot be confirmed.

5. Customs and Import Charges

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, storage fees, and similar charges in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law or the carrier’s conditions provide otherwise.

6. Prohibited Use

Illegal requests, false information, unauthorized payment methods, attempts to evade resale or import/export restrictions, and interference with service operations are prohibited.

7. Application of Terms

If these terms differ from an individual quote or checkout notice, the individual notice prevails to the extent permitted by law. Material adverse changes will be communicated by an appropriate method in advance.

Privacy Policy

We process names, email addresses, shipping addresses, and order, payment, and inquiry information only as reasonably necessary for:

• quotes, purchasing, payment confirmation, packing, shipment, and order management;
• customer support, identity verification, fraud prevention, and security;
• legally required records and dispute handling; and
• improving service quality, content, and systems.

Where necessary for purchasing, payment, delivery, email, database, hosting, or system operations, information may be shared with PayPal, sellers, carriers, and relevant cloud, database, and email service providers. We do not sell or disclose personal information for unrelated purposes except where required by law.

Returns, Cancellations and Scope of Responsibility

Matters We Will Review and Address

• We purchased a product, quantity, or specification different from the customer’s confirmed instructions.
• There was a clear error in our packing or shipment arrangement.
• Another cause attributable to us is confirmed.

Matters Generally Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange

• Differences in perceived size, color, texture, feel, smell, weight, image, or expectations.
• Specifications, individual variation, minor initial marks, packaging damage, or specification changes disclosed by the original seller.
• Scratches, stains, age-related deterioration, missing parts, or other conditions of used, auction, or marketplace items.
• Incorrect product, URL, quantity, color, size, model, or delivery information supplied by the customer.
• Later price reductions, exchange-rate changes, or lower prices at another store.

Delivery and Customs

We are not directly responsible for delay, customs hold, misdelivery, loss, or damage caused by a carrier, customs authority, seller, or other third party, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We will reasonably cooperate with available tracking, investigation, and carrier-compensation procedures. Any compensation and its limit depend on the selected shipping method, insurance, and carrier terms.

Statutory Rights

These terms do not exclude or unfairly limit rights granted to customers by applicable law, and do not exclude liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Changes to These Terms

Japan Treasure may revise these Terms when required by changes in applicable laws, our services, or other operational needs. Revised Terms become effective when published on this website.
